Our Policies

None of this is meant to sound stiff. These are simply the habits that keep the town clean, calm and safe enough that we would happily send our own kids in. Have a question that is not covered here? Call us and we will talk it through.

Cleaning & Safety Protocol

High touch surfaces, play props and restrooms are sanitized between every session.

│ The full town gets a deep clean at the end of each day, including dress up costumes on rotation.

│ Every team member is trained on our cleaning checklist, allergy awareness and first aid basics.

│ Please keep sniffly days at home. If anyone in your group is feeling unwell, call us and we will     move your reservation with no fee.

│ Hand sanitizing stations sit at the entrance and beside the restaurant and grocery exhibits.

Socks Required

Grip socks are required for every child who plays, and bare feet or street shoes are not permitted in the town.

│ Adults may wear grip socks or clean indoor shoes.

│ Forgot yours? Grip socks are available at the front desk and in our online shop.

Supervision

A parent or caregiver 18 or older must stay with their child for the entire session.

│ One adult may supervise up to three children. Larger groups need a second grown up.

│ This is a hands on space, so please help your child take turns and reset an exhibit before moving on.

Waiver

Every visitor, child and adult, needs a signed waiver on file before entering the town.

│ One waiver covers your whole family and stays on file for future visits.

│ First time visitors save time by signing online before arrival.

Food & Drink

Water bottles are welcome anywhere. All other food and drink stays in the cafe area and party room.

│ We are a nut aware space, so please leave nut products at home.

│ Outside food is welcome for parties. Ask your host about refrigerator space.

Lost & Found

Found items live at the front desk for 14 days, then get donated.

│ Call or email us with a description and we will check the bin and hold it for you.

Photography

Photos and video of your own family are always welcome.

│ Please avoid photographing other children, and never share an image with another family's child in it.

│ We occasionally photograph the space for our website and will always ask a parent first.
