OPEN PLAY: (PLEASE READ OUR UPDATED POLICY) ~Grip Socks Required. * Shoe covers are available for adults. ~ Reservations are no longer required. ~ Walk-in's welcome - SPACE PERMITTING! Adventure Access Program: The Adventure Access Program is an EBT/WIC discount program for qualifying families receiving nutritional assistance. A valid EBT/Independence Card or WIC ID and photo ID verification must be presented at check-in. If valid documentation cannot be provided, the remaining balance up to the standard Open Play admission price will be due. We operate according to Montgomery county capacity regulations. A limited number of reservations are available for advance bookings for those traveling or planning ahead. If we reach capacity we operate on a 1 - out - 1-in system. Similar to a restaurant if you do not have a reservation and we are at capacity you are welcome to wait or be added to our waitlist and we will call you when/if space becomes available. Walk -in availability is not guaranteed. The line for walk-in admission typically begins 15 minutes before the start of the session.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at 301.281.9100 or email play@thelittletowns.com. Open Play Reservations: Cancellations occurring a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of play will receive a full refund (requests submitted via email or voicemail are time-stamped). Changes occurring within 24 hours of play can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. (Date & Time subject to availability.) Special Events: We will gladly issue a full refund for reservations canceled 7 days before the scheduled event. Reservation changes occurring within the 7-day window can be rescheduled for a standard playdate at no additional cost. TLT Camp Day & Private Play Reservations: 48 hours advance notice is required for a full refund. We will gladly issue a full refund for private play reservations canceled a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled playtime (requests submitted via email or voicemail are time-stamped). Reservation changes occurring within the 48-hour window can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. Birthday Bookings: Fourteen days' advance notice is required for a full refund. We will gladly issue a full refund for party reservations canceled a minimum of 14 days before your scheduled event. Reservation changes occurring within the 14-day window can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. *Date & time subject to availability.
