To cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at 301.281.9100 or email play@thelittletowns.com. Open Play Reservations: Cancellations occurring a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of play will receive a full refund (requests submitted via email or voicemail are time-stamped). Changes occurring within the 24 - hour window can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. (Date & Time subject to availability.) Special Events: We will gladly issue a full refund for reservations canceled 7 days before the scheduled event. Reservation changes occurring within the 7-day window can be rescheduled for a standard playdate at no additional cost. TLT Camp Day & Private Play Reservations: 48 hours advance notice is required for a full refund. We will gladly issue a full refund for private play reservations canceled a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled playtime (requests submitted via email or voicemail are time-stamped). Reservation changes occurring within the 48-hour window can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. Birthday Bookings: Fourteen days' advance notice is required for a full refund. We will gladly issue a full refund for party reservations canceled a minimum of 14 days before your scheduled event. Reservation changes occurring within the 14-day window can be rescheduled (once) at no additional cost. *Date & time subject to availability.
